Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master's degree in Community Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater. Sarah utilizes an eclectic approach in therapy. She works with couples, adults and adolescents. She is certified in "Prepare Enrich Pre-marriage and Marriage".

Sarah's areas of therapy with couples include preparing for marriage, repairing relational hurts, improving communication, increasing problem solving capacities and working together in parenting. Sarah's areas of therapy with individuals include working through life transitions, self-esteem, stress management, identity discovery, relationship challenges and autonomy.

Sarah relies on a Biblical approach to help individuals and couples move beyond their circumstances into their God given potential.
