Jenna Buettner MSW, CAPSW

Jenna specializes in working with children and adolescents experiencing mental health-related challenges across various settings, including school and home. Jenna’s therapeutic approach focuses on assisting clients in developing adaptive coping skills and tools for emotional regulation and behavioral needs. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Jenna helps clients uncover and address maladaptive thought and behavior patterns related to anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Taking a person-in-environment approach, Jenna views each client as the center of therapy, comprehensively assessing their environment and the various elements that contribute to their mental health.

Jenna integrates a Christian-centered approach, if desired, to ensure comfort and alignment with the values of both clients and their guardians. Using a strengths-based approach, Jenna addresses each client's unique challenges by building on their inherent strengths. Jenna’s goal is to provide compassionate, effective support that promotes healing, growth, and resilience in children and adolescents.

We are here to help.
